We were asked to make our mind map B in this online lecture. It was a very different scenario wherein ma’am instructed us our task through a digitally organized session.
This mind should include the element which we thought couldn’t be further broken down in our Mind map A.
Mind map A- Communication designing.
Mind map B- Lettering.
This is one of my favorite part of communication designing.
I am one of those keen aspirants of taking lettering as my career (maybe).
Research.
I got inspired from Stephan Kunz through Instagram and though I am not pro artist at lettering, this could be one of the major reasons why I want to pursue communication designing pathway in my second year.
Reflections.
I am trying my level best to watch and practice lettering through YouTube videos but the output isn’t coming out the way I am expecting it to be.
Though I am going to practice it everyday as my prayer. And I am sure to master my skills at it and I shall practice it as long as I reach that stage.
Critical reflections.
Thank you ma’am, honestly this assignment for the first time made me do a lot of research before making this mind map.
I am really grateful to you as this gave me a clear picture of what lettering is and what is the exact difference between typeface, font and lettering.
