So basically everybody is divided into groups and our group has got the topic of clean water and sanitation and we have started the research by looking into the areas which are not notified slums and we are trying to find out problems in that slum area. We are also looking at government policies and their implementation and issues related to that.
These are our mind maps and secondary research so far.
Now we are told to dog deeper into particular aspects and make 8 mind maps per group. We have decided to look into different slums, their problems, government polices and issues related to that.
Today’s class was really informative as everybody had done a research about their topic. And everybody presented their topic and problems well. This really brings out a deep concern to how health policies and other problems are to be taken up seriously by the government. Looking forward for the solutions is the need of the hour. Just solution won’t always help. Implementing the solution would resolve the issue in a better way according to me.
